We are looking for an individual who would not only be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of a privately held professional services company but is pro-active and thrilled by the challenge of improving the efficiencies of the company’s operations.
Your mission will be to help provide management with timely information to assist in decision making. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including company finances, employee benefits, and profitability of key projects/accounts.
You have a track record of successfully working in teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You have superb communication skills. You enjoy looking for ways to do things more efficiently and can diplomatically persuade senior-level management of its benefits. You are able to step back from the detail and see how it fits in the big picture. You are well versed in the generally accepted accounting principles. You can stay calm in intense situations and flawlessly pull off an action plan.
