*Primary support to Account Managers
*Manages project scope, statements of work and change orders
*Tracks the day-to-day progress, milestones, issues, and risks for project teams comprised of analysts, designers, developers, quality assurance, and support staff
*Archives communications, meeting minutes, and other documentation
*Works with Account Manager to create schedules, client budgets, project costs and timelines
*Works to schedule plans and organizes delivery and implementation based on client deadlines
*Proactively communicates overall project health to Account Managers
*Works with project team to develop estimates on system functionality and future system enhancements
*Works to request resources for the project
*Manage short duration or support contracts independently
- 2-4 years experience in technology services industry (Knowledge and experience of full life cycle internet projects preferred)
- Knowledge of project management concepts
- Knowledge of how enterprise IT business application products are positioned and developed
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast paced environment
- Be highly organized, task focused, detail oriented, flexible and proactive
- Possess the ability to prioritize
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interface with and respond to clients
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- PMI certification preferred
