PASS Discipline

Performance Architectural Science Systems Discipline (PASS)

The primary objective of the PASS (Performance Architectural Science Systems) discipline is to help empower employees through Performance Leadership by developing skills that are aligned to organization goals, which create a light enterprise. Performance Leadership allows employees at all level to engage in an ongoing conversation about the organic structure of an organization creates the three core psychological factors to be nurtured in a emerging Performance Leader; Expertise, Commitment and Integrity.

In light enterprise, the structural elements of the organization are designed to reinforce awareness and discretion among all employees and reduce bureaucracy that creates disengagement and friction among employees. The PASS discipline is not a “one size fits all” discipline. Each organization will have different strategies and methods to apply the concepts of Performance Leadership and PASS to its goals. Over time, employees become aware of the net quality of outcomes as they relate to organizational goals, not just the finite set of tasks that are the scope of their day-to-day activities.

Well-executed technology architecture, including advanced media, mobile and other forms of digital engagement that empower employees through Performance Leadership using the PASS discipline, provide Q and its clients with technology that empower employees and engage them in becoming Performance Leaders and provide value for years to come.
