In style: Q upgrades Rack Room Shoes' digital closet

Rack Room Shoes' website wasn't fitting their position as an "upscale discount" footwear retailer. Rack Room reached out to Q to fashion a more interactive and engaging online experience through: a redesign of rackroomshoes.com, seasonal site refreshes, promotional microsites; e-mail newsletter creation, banner ad design and Flash game development.
Our Solution
  • Re-launch rackroomshoes.com with refreshed brand and more appealing overall look and feel
  • Spotlight Rack Room Shoes product offerings to encourage in-store purchases
  • Establish a long-term partnership with Rack Room Shoes to allow for frequent site updates to match seasonal promotions
  • Create banner ads, e-mail newsletters and print collateral to drive customers online and in-store
