National Down Syndrome Society

The mission of the National Down Syndrome Society is to be the national advocate for the value, acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome. NDSS came to agencyQ with an outdated site design and content, and the site layout and Information Architecture prohibited NDSS users from effectively accessing subpages and content. Q worked with NDSS to redevelop both the design and Content Management System (CMS) behind NDSS.org. The redesigned NDSS site features interactive elements in a modern layout and design, with easily accessible content in user-friendly navigation that promotes and educates users about the organization and mission.
Our Solution
    • Increased engagement and site awareness by emphasizing the use of multimedia elements
    • Created strong calls-to-action with a focus on generating donations, increasing e-newsletter subscriptions, and increasing audience awareness and advocacy through alerts
