For those that stayed here, think of our site as a conversation starter. Let’s start with what does “Listen. Respect. Believe” have to do with a digital communications company––that would be us––and why would you post that? Aren’t we worried it sounds as if we’re speaking from the pulpit? Believe? What were we thinking when we decided to blow up our old site and move in this direction?
We were tired of the same old B.S. Yeah, that’s right. B.S. We fell into the buzzword buzz saw. We found we didn’t stand for anything other than getting things done—we still do get things done, but that’s for another post. We knew our culture is so much more.
So we went back to the basics of the business. We started with listening—the first step in building interest and a relationship. Respect should be done without question. Respect for our teammates, respect for our clients and their business and respect for our community. If we do that, then we’ll all believe what we are doing is making the world a better place. Even if it’s only a little bit.
