Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Sean is the founder of agencyQ and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors & Chief Executive Officer. Across the organization, Sean passionately works to ensure that agencyQ’s processes are efficient and providing value to agencyQ’s customers. His experience is informed by more than 25 years of identifying strategic technical, business and marketing solutions for Fortune 500 companies, helping clients leverage the full eco-system of interactive marketing technologies to produce meaningful results. His background in enterprise IT allows him to thrive in complex IT environments and ensure his clients are making the best use of all of their digital assets to increase sales, communicate their message and strengthen their brand. Sean is a graduate of The George Washington University. In his spare time, you can find Sean reading, playing cards and traveling with his family.

President and Chief Revenue Officer
Bob Poulin is President and Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for our clients’ digital transformation and growth, Q’s strategic consultancy and key partnerships.
Bob has 25+ years of diverse executive and entrepreneurial experience in digital marketing, technology and software development and growth strategy consulting across multiple verticals. Bob has been responsible for the growth and management of several national and worldwide digital, software and technology firms. Bob also has a long entrepreneurial background as the founder and leader of several technology companies.
Bob was previously President of Havas Helia, the Data, Analytics, CRM and Customer Insight business unit of Havas Worldwide, the world’s fifth largest integrated marketing and media firm. Clients included Loews Hotels & Resorts, Ragu/Bertolli, Moen, Cracker Barrel, Exelon, Sears, CITI, Liberty Mutual Insurance, AutoZone, Cellular Sales, AARP, Sony PlayStation, Keurig, DISH Network, TD Ameritrade, and Sanofi, among others.
Bob headed the AEEC Innovation Lab, an incubator in Cognitive Marketing & Advertising, Predictive and Behavioral Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Cybersecurity, Health IT, Smart Cities, Edge Computing bringing to market next-gen technology for public and private sector clients.
As Chief Global Officer at AKQA, Bob managed global growth strategy and operations for the innovative digital services firm. He was President/COO of Magnet Interactive, one of the first national digital technology companies and Chairman of Unison Agency, a global branding and digital marketing agency.
As Chief Operating Officer at evox, Inc., he managed the growth and operations of the cybersecurity software with government and health care clients.
Bob holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from UConn. He is a Board Member for the Harvard Business School Club of Washington, DC.

Vice President, Engagement Delivery
As VP, Engagement Delivery, Trena is responsible for driving the overall success of client engagement at agencyQ. Her expertise spans project management, software development and digital marketing/engagement. Under her leadership, the project management team is responsible for the day-to-day operations, communications and project road-mapping for our clients. Trena is also responsible for portfolio management of all agencyQ’s in-process engagements, as well as resource management and allocation across all departments. As a Certified Scrum Master and Project Management Professional she has 6+ years’ experience in Program management, .NET and managed hosting projects. Finally, Trena also serves as agencyQ’s GDPR & Security Compliance lead.
Prior to joining agencyQ, Trena was the Director of Technical Services at Bridgeline, where she was responsible for all managed hosting projects, Dev Ops projects, and the client support team, as well as utilized her Security+ certification as the companies Compliance Officer. During this time she worked with The UPS Store, Twitter, Perkins, PODS, AARP, Triumph, CleanHarbors, Elevations Credit Union, Sport Clips, Camp Bow Wow, Novartis.
Trena has over 19 years of management experience, 16 of these years in the information technology and digital engagement fields. Trena holds several certifications including Security+, Microsoft OS, ScrumMaster, and Project Management Professional.

Vice President of Finance & Administration
Chris brings more than 10 years of financial and organizational leadership experience to agencyQ, having worked at multiple small to mid-size agencies in various financial and operational roles. As agencyQ’s SVP, Operations, Chris is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including efficient project delivery, company finances, legal, recruiting, contract management, human resources and employee benefits. During Chris's tenure, agencyQ has seen increased and consistent profitability, while also achieving organic headcount and revenue growth. Chris works closely with agencyQ's Executive Team to build sustainable and scalable business and operating procedures that will allow agencyQ to continue organic growth. Chris has also served as agencyQ’s Controller and VP, Finance & Operations during his tenure.
Prior to joining agencyQ, Chris served as the Operations Manager of Bravery Corporation. There, he was responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company, while also serving as the Project Manager for all of Bravery’s key accounts. Thanks to Chris’s contributions, Bravery experienced profit margin increases across all segments of business operations during his tenure.
Chris is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management. Chris also received a University Citation for completing the Smith School's Business Process fellowship. Since his graduation, Chris has spoken at the Smith School on several occasions, sharing his experience working at and leading small agencies with current students.

Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Meghan is agencyQ’s Vice President of Strategic Accounts. She leads the growth and development of some of agencyQ’s largest clients, working with them to define their business goals and develop new and innovative ways to achieve them by leveraging digital engagement solutions. Prior to joining agencyQ, Meghan worked as a marketing analyst for Sullivan—a New York-based branding agency—where she was responsible for defining and activating brand strategies for a broad array of clients including American Express, LinkedIn, Duke University, Tradeweb, and the Fund for Global Human Rights. Meghan holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Georgetown University.

Vice President, Enterprise Architecture
James is VP, Enterprise Architecture, leading the Enterprise infrastructure and security practice for agencyQ, including HIPAA and government environments. As Systems Architect, James consults with clients to create efficient, secure, highly available and performant infrastructure. His expertise in enterprise solutions covers a broad range of systems and standards from networking, storage arrays, bare-metal and cloud computing, Windows and Linux operating systems, MS SQL (including failover clustering and always on availability), and PCI, HIPAA and SOC compliances.
Prior to agencyQ, James spent several years as Enterprise Support Engineer on the Digital Support team at Rackspace Managed Hosting. In this role, he architected, deployed and managed the infrastructure behind digital marketing campaigns, B2B enterprise environments, PCI-compliant ecommerce websites, and content management environments for digital agencies and Fortune 1000 companies across all verticals. As Sitecore Architecture SME and Enterprise Hybrid Cloud SME, James provided training and product development across all organizations within Rackspace.
James brings more than 13 years of client delivery and systems architecture experience to his role at agencyQ. His certifications include Microsoft Server, Microsoft Database Administrator, Sitecore Administrator, and Network+, and is working toward CISSP.

Vice President, Strategic Design
Paige Connor’s career path from print design to product strategy has always been based on asking how users will best understand information. Whether packaging news through visual storytelling or developing digital products, creating innovative concepts that start with the client has been her goal for the last 15 years. Her work on innovation teams utilizes data and human-centered design principles to reshape user experiences, from websites to campus housing communities. She collaborates with internal and external sources to develop strategic direction and then present ideas that help move from strategy to execution.
At agencyQ, Paige leads the user centered design direction for our largest projects, making sure agencyQ delivers forward looking and compelling digital experience for clients during every engagement. She guides the agencyQ team and clients through the design thinking process, including user research, persona development, journey mapping, usability audits, digital prototypes, process flows and visual designs to ensure the end result meets the needs of the client.
Paige has earned international honors for her portfolio, as well as other awards for her design work throughout her career, which includes stints at various media organizations, including Bloomberg and Politico, product strategy at CQ, and art director for two magazines.

Director of Digital Marketing
Chris Coelho is the Director of Digital Marketing. He leads the digital marketing team in helping develop and implement effective strategies for clients’ marketing and lead generation efforts. Chris’ background spans experience leading teams at agencies, and publishers and developing lead generation products for adtech companies. Chris loves actively applying data and emerging technology to make digital challenges more manageable. Chris was an executive board member of BIMA (Boston Interactive Marketing Association). He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Sociology.

Annie is responsible for new business outreach, cultivating new opportunities, and consulting with clients to develop customized solutions to fit their creative, web, and product needs. Her expertise in business development covers a wide range of specializations, having spent over five years in sales, account management, and digital marketing across a multitude of different industries such as Marketing & Advertising, Retail, Lifestyle, Healthcare and Finance.

Thomas is a member of agencyQ’s Board of Directors, the company’s Chairman of Corporate Governance, and an active advisor. He founded three companies; each experienced rapid growth, became market leaders, and all three companies achieved successful Initial Public Offerings. Cumulatively, his three ventures generated over $700 million in revenues and in multiple years were recognized by Inc. 500 and Deloitte Fast 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Thomas possess strong operating skills and excels in architecting and implementing scalable business models. He thrives on mentoring and coaching management teams to drive operational excellence. Thomas is the President and CEO of Topline Performance Solutions, Inc., a Boston-based Management Consulting firm. He is also an Operating Partner for Boston-based WAVE Equity Partners. For several years, Thomas was a member of the Board of Directors of MapInfo, a location intelligence software company. He was Chairman of MapInfo’s Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. MapInfo was acquired by Pitney Bowes for $480 million dollars. Thomas was a non-commissioned Officer in the United States Army, 101st Airborne Division and is an active volunteer member of the American Legion. Thomas is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Warriors A Team Inc., a non-profit dedicated to assist United States Military Veterans who struggle re-acclimating into civilian life.

Gary Cebula is a member of agencyQ’s Board of Directors, the Company’s Chairman of the Audit Committee, and an active advisor. He has over twenty years of CFO experience in finance, administration, and operations management. His diverse background includes SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and reporting, cash management and debt restructuring. Mr. Cebula focuses on developing and implementing strategies to enable rapid growth and profitability in a fiscally responsible manner, cumulating in liquidity events. His experience includes the CFO role at Global Technical Talent, a nationwide IT staffing firm where he worked with senior management to double revenues and successfully solicited the sale of Company for 5.5X EBITDA. In addition, he was a co-founder and CFO at Bridgeline Digital where he was key contributor to the management team that built the SasS based web application management company from start-up to an IPO on NASDAQ in 2007. Also, Mr. Cebula was Vice President of Finance, Administration and Treasurer of Focus Enhancements, a publicly held developer of proprietary video conversion ASIC chip technology, where he was a key contributor to Focus' strategic initiatives, spurring a market cap growth from $45M to $230M during his tenure. Mr. Cebula has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University. In addition, Mr. Cebula is a graduate of General Electric Company's Financial Management Program.
