Sean Breen


Chief Executive Officer

Sean is the chief executive officer of agencyQ. In this role, Sean oversees Q’s overall technical, information and analytical strategy, ensuring the firm’s service offerings are in sync with helping clients grow top-line revenue and bottom-line performance. His experience is informed by more than 25 years of identifying strategic technical, business and marketing solutions for Fortune 500 companies, the federal government and associations. 

With BlueCross BlueShield, Sean worked with agencyQ team members on Sitecore website hosting system architecture and configuration, information security and COOP, developing a website capable of supporting high user volume during open enrollment season. While working with Tyco Flow Control and Tecumseh, Sean oversaw the consolidation of multiple web properties into centralized websites, completing content migrations, redesigns and technology integrations. Sean also oversaw the significant expansion of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Sitecore platform to incorporate natural language processing and machine learning to improve the analysis and categorization of large quantities of complex content while optimizing and personalizing UX based on site behavior. 

Sean’s expertise is helping clients leverage the full ecosystem of digital transformation technologies to produce effective and efficient results. His background in enterprise IT allows him to thrive in complex IT environments to ensure his clients are making the best use of all of their digital assets to increase sales, communicate their message and strengthen their brand. Sean attended George Washington University, where he studied philosophy.

Bob Poulin


Chief Growth Officer

Bob Poulin is our chief growth officer, responsible for our clients’ digital transformation and growth, Q’s strategic consultancy, and key partnerships. 

Bob has more than 25 years of diverse executive and entrepreneurial experience in digital marketing, technology and software development and growth strategy consulting across multiple verticals. Bob has been responsible for the growth and management of several national and worldwide digital, software and technology firms. Bob also has a long entrepreneurial background as the founder and leader of several technology companies. 

Bob was previously president of Havas Helia, the data, analytics, CRM and customer insight business unit of Havas Worldwide, the world’s fifth-largest integrated marketing and media firm. Clients included Loews Hotels & Resorts, Ragu/Bertolli, Moen, Cracker Barrel, Exelon, Sears, CITI, Liberty Mutual Insurance, AutoZone, Cellular Sales, AARP, Sony PlayStation, Keurig, DISH Network, TD Ameritrade, and Sanofi, among others. 

Bob headed the AEEC Innovation Lab, an incubator in cognitive marketing & advertising, predictive and behavioral analytics, artificial intelligence, IoT, cybersecurity, health IT, smart cities, and edge computing, bringing to market next-gen technology for public and private-sector clients.

As chief global officer at AKQA, Bob managed global growth strategy and operations for the innovative digital services firm. He was president/COO of Magnet Interactive, one of the first national digital technology companies and chairman of Unison Agency, a global branding and digital marketing agency.
As chief operating officer at Evox, Inc., he managed the growth and operations of cybersecurity software with government and health care clients.

Bob holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from UConn. He is a board member for the Harvard Business School Club of Washington, DC.

Meghan Fishburn


General Manager

Meghan is agencyQ’s Vice President, Strategy. She leads the growth and development of some of agencyQ’s largest clients, working with them to define their business goals and develop new and innovative ways to achieve them by leveraging digital engagement solutions. Prior to joining agencyQ, Meghan worked as a marketing analyst for Sullivan—a New York-based branding agency—where she was responsible for defining and activating brand strategies for a broad array of clients including American Express, LinkedIn, Duke University, Tradeweb, and the Fund for Global Human Rights. Meghan holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Georgetown University.

Paige Connor


Vice President, Strategic Design

Paige Connor’s career path from print design to product strategy has always been based on asking how users will best understand information. Whether packaging news through visual storytelling or developing digital products, creating innovative concepts that start with the client has been her goal for the last 15 years. Her work on innovation teams utilizes data and human-centered design principles to reshape user experiences, from websites to campus housing communities. She collaborates with internal and external sources to develop strategic direction and then present ideas that help move from strategy to execution. 

At agencyQ, Paige leads the user-centered design direction for our largest projects, making sure agencyQ delivers forward-looking and compelling digital experiences for clients during every engagement. She guides the agencyQ team and clients through the design thinking process, including user research, persona development, journey mapping, usability audits, digital prototypes, process flows and visual designs to ensure the end result meets the needs of the client. 
Paige has earned international honors for her portfolio, as well as other awards for her design work throughout her career, which includes stints at various media organizations, such as Bloomberg and Politico, product strategy at CQ, and art direction for two magazines.

Vice President, Engagement Delivery

As VP, engagement delivery, Trena is responsible for driving the overall success of client engagement at agencyQ. Her expertise spans project management, software development and digital marketing/engagement. Under her leadership, the project management team is responsible for the day-to-day operations, communications and project road mapping for our clients. Trena also is responsible for portfolio management of all agencyQ’s in-process engagements as well as resource management and allocation across all departments. As a certified scrum master and project management professional, she has more than 6 years’ experience in program management, .NET and managed hosting projects. Finally, Trena also serves as agencyQ’s GDPR and security compliance lead. 

Prior to joining agencyQ, Trena was the director of technical services at Bridgeline, where she was responsible for all managed hosting projects, Dev Ops projects, and the client support team, on top of utilizing her Security+ certification as the company's compliance officer. During this time, she worked with the UPS Store, Twitter, Perkins, PODS, AARP, Triumph, CleanHarbors, Elevations Credit Union, Sport Clips, Camp Bow Wow and Novartis.  

Trena has over 19 years of management experience, 16 of them in the information technology and digital engagement fields. Trena holds several certifications, including Security+, Microsoft OS, scrum master, and project management professional.
