Sean is the chief executive officer of agencyQ. In this role, Sean oversees agencyQ’s overall technical, information and analytical strategy, ensuring the firm’s service offerings are in sync with helping clients grow top-line revenue and bottom-line performance. With over 25 years of developing strategic technical solutions for Fortune 500 companies, the federal government, and associations, Sean’s expertise is helping clients leverage the full ecosystem of digital transformation technologies to produce effective and efficient results. His background in enterprise IT allows him to thrive in complex IT environments to ensure his clients are making the best use of all of their digital assets to increase sales, communicate their message and strengthen their brand. Sean attended George Washington University, where he studied philosophy.

Meghan is agencyQ’s General Manager. She leads the growth and development of some of agencyQ’s largest clients, working with them to define their business goals and develop new and innovative ways to achieve them by leveraging digital engagement solutions. Prior to joining agencyQ, Meghan worked as a marketing analyst for Sullivan—a New York-based branding agency—where she was responsible for defining and activating brand strategies for a broad array of clients including American Express, LinkedIn, Duke University, Tradeweb, and the Fund for Global Human Rights. Meghan holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Georgetown University.

Steve is agencyQ’s Chief Technology Officer and brings over 20 years of experience in developing and delivering digital engagement solutions for clients. Steve leverages his expertise in software development, ecommerce, digital marketing/engagement and project management to lead a team of agencyQ .NET and open source programmers focused on developing high-quality solutions across agencyQ clients. He has led successful projects for major organizations such as the US Department of Energy, US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, The UPS Store, Diversey, Disney, Triumph Motorcycles, GTE, and L’Oréal, among other corporate, government, and association clients. Throughout his career, his focus has consistently been on appropriately leveraging a blend of technology and strategy to enable clients to reach their business goals of reaching, engaging, and inspiring their target audience.

Robert is agencyQ’s digital consulting lead, focused on helping clients leverage digital technologies to achieve their business and marketing objectives. Prior to joining agencyQ, he consulted on digital transformation, digital marketing analytics, and customer segmentation at WPP, Omnicom, and EPAM Systems. His focus is on the healthcare and commercial sectors, and previously consulted with clients such as Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bayer, Advocate Health Care, IBM, GM and Citibank to identify and evaluate digital marketing and experience design opportunities, and then to create and deploy personalized, data-driven programs to increase engagement and loyalty across the customer lifecycle.

Paige Connor’s career path has always been based on asking how users will best understand information. Creating innovative concepts that start with the client has been her goal for the last 15 years - working with data and human-centered design principles to reshape user experiences, from websites to campus housing communities. At agencyQ, Paige leads the user-centered design discipline, making sure agencyQ delivers forward-looking and compelling digital experiences for clients during every engagement. She guides the agencyQ team and clients through the design thinking process, including user research, persona development, journey mapping, usability audits, digital prototypes, process flows and visual designs to ensure the end result meets the needs of the client. Paige has earned international honors for her portfolio, as well as other awards for her design work throughout her career, which includes stints at various media organizations, such as Bloomberg and Politico, product strategy at CQ, and art direction for two magazines.
Vice President, Engagement Delivery

As VP, engagement delivery, Trena is responsible for driving the overall success of client engagement at agencyQ. Her expertise spans project management, software development and digital marketing/engagement. Under her leadership, the project management team is responsible for the day-to-day operations, communications, and project road mapping for our clients. Trena also is responsible for portfolio management of all agencyQ’s in-process engagements as well as resource management and allocation across all departments. As a certified scrum master and project management professional, she has more than 6 years’ experience in program management, .NET, and managed hosting projects. Finally, Trena also serves as agencyQ’s security.
Trena has over 20 years of management experience, 17 of them in the information technology and digital engagement fields. Trena holds several certifications, including Security+, Microsoft OS, scrum master, and project management professional.
