Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Sean is the founder of agencyQ and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors & Chief Executive Officer. Across the organization, Sean passionately works to ensure that agencyQ’s processes are efficient and providing value to agencyQ’s customers. His experience is informed by more than 25 years of identifying strategic technical, business and marketing solutions for Fortune 500 companies, helping clients leverage the full eco-system of interactive marketing technologies to produce meaningful results. His background in enterprise IT allows him to thrive in complex IT environments and ensure his clients are making the best use of all of their digital assets to increase sales, communicate their message and strengthen their brand. Sean is a graduate of The George Washington University. In his spare time, you can find Sean reading, playing cards and traveling with his family.

President and Chief Strategy Officer
Stephen is a member of agencyQ’s Board of Directors, the Company President and Chief Strategy Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in developing digital business and communication strategies, as well as social web development solutions. In his role at agencyQ, Stephen develops and drives both social and digital strategies for the company and our valued clients. Stephen has worked on accounts such as BP, where he led, developed and executed the social media response to the Gulf of Mexico crisis in 2010. Other past clients include P&G, Siemens, Ford, General Motors, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg’s, and Lenovo, among others. On all of these accounts, the focus has been on increasing the value of the company’s footprint in the digital space, whether through site redesign or deploying social media strategy and implementation. Prior to joining agencyQ, Stephen was Senior Vice President, Americas Director of Social & Digital Media with responsibility for the day-to-day operations for the Americas network for MSLGROUP. Prior to that, Stephen was Senior Vice President, 360° Digital Influence of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide (now social@Ogilvy), with responsibility for the day-to-day operations for the 360° Digital Influence group in North America. Stephen is a graduate of Boston University and New York University where he received a Master’s Degree in Interactive Communication.

Senior Vice President of Engagement Delivery
Steve is agencyQ’s Senior Vice President of Engagement Delivery and brings 20 years of experience in delivering customer success in digital engagement projects. He is responsible for driving the overall success of client engagement at agencyQ. Steve's expertise spans project management, software development, and digital marketing/engagement. In various roles in the industry, he has led successful projects for major national brands such as The UPS Store, Diversey, Disney, Triumph Motorcycles, GTE, and L'Oréal, among other corporate, government, and associations customers. Throughout his career, his focus has consistently been on appropriately leveraging a blend of technology and strategy to enable clients to reach their business goals of reaching, engaging, and inspiring their target audience. Prior to joining agencyQ, Steve held various leadership positions at Bridgeline Digital for almost a decade. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Engineering, with responsibilities ranging from client engagement management to product development. Additionally, he was responsible for client support and hosting operations.

Vice President of Finance & Administration
Chris is agencyQ’s Vice President of Finance & Operations. Chris brings more than 7 years of financial and organizational leadership experience to agencyQ, having worked at multiple small- to mid-size agencies in various financial and operational roles. As agencyQ’s VP, Finance & Operations, Chris is responsible for the day-to-day financial management and reporting of the company. In addition, Chris oversees legal, contract management, employee benefits, and recruiting. Prior to joining agencyQ, Chris served as the Operations Manager of Bravery Corporation. There, he was responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company, while also serving as the Project Manager for all of Bravery’s key accounts. Chris is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management.

Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Meghan is agencyQ’s Vice President of Strategic Accounts. She leads the growth and development of some of agencyQ’s largest clients, working with them to define their business goals and develop new and innovative ways to achieve them by leveraging digital engagement solutions. Prior to joining agencyQ, Meghan worked as a marketing analyst for Sullivan—a New York-based branding agency—where she was responsible for defining and activating brand strategies for a broad array of clients including American Express, LinkedIn, Duke University, Tradeweb, and the Fund for Global Human Rights. Meghan holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Georgetown University.

Director of Business Development
As the Director of Business Development for agencyq, Jillian brings over 20 years of experience in technical, consultative, and b2b solution selling, with extensive experience selling complex solutions to mid-market and enterprise level clients and partners alike. She also possesses strong experience and competencies within the Digital Agency and CMS Software space, and has worked intimately with several platforms. Jillian has worked on delivering solutions to large brands and clients from a wide array of industries, including HP, Microsoft, Bechtel, Animal Health International, National Jewish Health, Miller Heiman, ABS-CBN, Ingram Micro and Gibson Musical Instruments. She also has had years of experience working in hybrid sales/marketing roles, creating and implementing demand generation marketing campaigns and techniques, and has led the implementation of successful strategies to bring her clients digital presence into the 21st century, and to help drive successful business initiatives. Jillian has achieved several career accomplishments, including several President’s Club Awards.

Director of Digital Marketing
Chris Coelho is the Director of Digital Marketing. He leads the digital marketing team in helping develop and implement effective strategies for clients’ marketing and lead generation efforts. Chris’ background spans experience leading teams at agencies, and publishers and developing lead generation products for adtech companies. Chris loves actively applying data and emerging technology to make digital challenges more manageable. Chris was an executive board member of BIMA (Boston Interactive Marketing Association). He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Sociology.

Director of User Centered Design
Paige is award-winning senior design and strategy professional with more than 15 years of print, digital design and strategic innovation design thinking experience.
At agencyQ, Paige leads the user centered design direction for our largest projects, making sure agencyQ delivers forward looking and compelling digital experience for clients during every engagement. She provides strategic guidance to the agencyQ team and clients on the design thinking process, including user research, persona development, journey mapping, usability audits, digital prototypes, process flows and visual designs to ensure the end result meets the needs of the client.
Paige’s career path from print design to product strategy has always been based on asking how users will best understand information. Whether packaging news through visual storytelling or developing digital products, creating innovative concepts that start with the client has been her goal. Her work on innovation teams utilizes data and human-centered design principles to reshape user experiences, from websites to campus housing communities. She collaborates with internal and external sources to develop strategic direction and then present ideas that help move from strategy to execution.
Paige has earned international honors for her portfolio, as well as other awards for her design work throughout her career, which includes stints at various media organizations, including Bloomberg and Politico, product strategy at CQ, and art director for two magazines. She is an active member and holds a leadership office in the Society for News Design, a non-profit international organization that promotes and educates best practices for print and digital design.

As agencyQ’s Director of Business Development, Annie leads the targeting, acquisition, and development of new business and strategic client relationships, as well as assisting agencyQ in creation and implementation of their marketing strategy. Annie is responsible for new business outreach, cultivating new opportunities, and consulting with clients to develop customized solutions to fit their creative, web, and product needs. Her expertise in business development covers a wide range of specializations, having spent over five years in sales, account management, and digital marketing across a multitude of different industries such as Marketing & Advertising, Retail, Lifestyle, Healthcare and Finance.

Thomas is a member of agencyQ’s Board of Directors, the company’s Chairman of Corporate Governance, and an active advisor. He founded three companies; each experienced rapid growth, became market leaders, and all three companies achieved successful Initial Public Offerings. Cumulatively, his three ventures generated over $700 million in revenues and in multiple years were recognized by Inc. 500 and Deloitte Fast 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Thomas possess strong operating skills and excels in architecting and implementing scalable business models. He thrives on mentoring and coaching management teams to drive operational excellence. Thomas is the President and CEO of Topline Performance Solutions, Inc., a Boston-based Management Consulting firm. He is also an Operating Partner for Boston-based WAVE Equity Partners. For several years, Thomas was a member of the Board of Directors of MapInfo, a location intelligence software company. He was Chairman of MapInfo’s Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. MapInfo was acquired by Pitney Bowes for $480 million dollars. Thomas was a non-commissioned Officer in the United States Army, 101st Airborne Division and is an active volunteer member of the American Legion. Thomas is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Warriors A Team Inc., a non-profit dedicated to assist United States Military Veterans who struggle re-acclimating into civilian life.

Gary Cebula is a member of agencyQ’s Board of Directors, the Company’s Chairman of the Audit Committee, and an active advisor. He has over twenty years of CFO experience in finance, administration, and operations management. His diverse background includes SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and reporting, cash management and debt restructuring. Mr. Cebula focuses on developing and implementing strategies to enable rapid growth and profitability in a fiscally responsible manner, cumulating in liquidity events. His experience includes the CFO role at Global Technical Talent, a nationwide IT staffing firm where he worked with senior management to double revenues and successfully solicited the sale of Company for 5.5X EBITDA. In addition, he was a co-founder and CFO at Bridgeline Digital where he was key contributor to the management team that built the SasS based web application management company from start-up to an IPO on NASDAQ in 2007. Also, Mr. Cebula was Vice President of Finance, Administration and Treasurer of Focus Enhancements, a publicly held developer of proprietary video conversion ASIC chip technology, where he was a key contributor to Focus' strategic initiatives, spurring a market cap growth from $45M to $230M during his tenure. Mr. Cebula has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University. In addition, Mr. Cebula is a graduate of General Electric Company's Financial Management Program.
