These past few months have seen great work developed with new clients and long-standing client partners, with a focus on customer-experience enhanced websites, new technologies, and creative digital strategies informed by Design Thinking, AI, NLP, and other data-driven performance marketing.
We kicked off the season by launching our innovative Customer Experience technology platform, Find-it-First®, for the Department of Energy Office of Science's new website. Find-it-First is a powerful personalization engine built on Sitecore Experience Platform that incorporates AI, NLP and machine learning to optimize CX and to automate content/data ingestion, categorization, and dissemination.
agencyQ was a finalist for FiF® at the Igniting Innovation Conference and Awards, which highlights technological innovation in citizen experience for the Federal Government. The conference is hosted each year by ACT-IAC, the premier public-private partnership in the government IT community.
We completed a number of digital engagements focusing on CX, marketing automation, CMS and DXP (digital experience platform) implementation and integration for a range of clients within the association, B2B, federal, healthcare, and legal fields, including:
- CTIA's Access Wireless initiative
- National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
- National School Boards Association
- Triangle Atlantic
Bob Poulin, Chief Revenue Officer, and Paige Connor, VP, Strategic Design, presented an interactive workshop on CX, Design Thinking, and Design Sprints entitled Translating Innovation into Action: Design Sprints for Associations for the 5,000 attendees of the 2019 ASAE Annual Meeting and Exposition.
During our summer of CX, agencyQ has been focused on improving CX through Design Thinking and digital strategy. As we move into fall, we’ll be increasing our focus towards leveraging technology to enhance CX. Sean Breen, CEO, and Bob Poulin are speaking at the 2019 ASAE Technology Exploration Conference on Digital Transformation using AI/NLP-driven content strategy.
