A Reimagined Digital Home, Delivered in Weeks

How AgencyQ applied the AiQ Framework and AiQ Cortex to give a nearly 20-year-old mission a digital home worthy of it.

Scholars and families at the 2026 NGS Freedom Award Reception

The No Greater Sacrifice Foundation exists to honor the service of the fallen and wounded by investing in the futures of their children — funding Scholars at colleges and trade schools across the country, every one of them debt-free. It is a mission that earns attention. The problem was that NGS’s digital home could not carry it.

The Challenge

NGS came to AgencyQ with a clear ambition and a stubborn obstacle. They wanted a completely reimagined website worthy of their mission. What they had instead was an aging Joomla website — 187 pages and 31 PDFs, with no sitemap at all — and a constrained Salesforce data layer, holding them back at every turn.

Content was hard to manage, the mission’s impact hard to communicate, and powerful assets like the Freedom’s Future Report sat buried as a static PDF. The old site even understated NGS’s own reach, citing 135 partner schools when the real number exceeds 350. For years, NGS had relied on volunteers giving time in spurts. The will was never the question. The means were.

The AgencyQ approach

AgencyQ saw two things at once: a mission truly worth supporting, and an opportunity to show what becomes possible with access to the way AgencyQ conceives, designs, builds, and continually enhances digital platforms. That capability is expressed through the AiQ Framework, an operating model that brings together three layers of intelligence in deliberate order.

Human Intelligence

People first, before a single design decision. Our strategists, designers, and technologists sat with NGS leadership to define the vision, the goals, and how data could be unlocked. The judgment and empathy for the mission came from people, not tools.

Platform Intelligence

A modern, composable stack. We paired NGS’s Salesforce records with a leading composable content platform, so information NGS already held could finally do work on the website. Composability lets new experiences be conceived in hours and days rather than months.

Applied Intelligence

AiQ Cortex is where Human and Platform Intelligence are synthesized into how the work gets done: prebuilt accelerators, agents, decision logic, and reusable workflows embedded into how the platform is conceived, built, operated, and improved.

An always-on team behind them

Meet AiQ Cortex

Applied intelligence, embedded into how NGS operates — and what it delivers

AiQ Cortex is embedded into NGS’s operations, so the platform keeps evolving without drawing on the limited time of NGS staff. An organization that once depended on volunteers giving time in spurts now has the capability of an entire team thinking, working, and optimizing on its behalf — consistently and constantly.

  • New features shipped from a single message — in hours, not quarters
  • Lower friction: no dev backlog, no waiting in line
  • Always ready: traffic, security, and content optimized around the clock
  • A small team is never the bottleneck

The Outcome

Work began in April 2026. In less than 90 days, the new NGS website was live at nogreatersacrifice.org — in time for Independence Day, a fitting date for a mission dedicated to the families of America’s fallen and wounded.

What launched was not a redesign but a rebuild — an entirely new, composable platform engineered from the ground up, with the data NGS already held flowing into it as a single source of truth. Work that would have taken most organizations six to eight months and thousands of hours of meetings was delivered in a fraction of the time.

And it did not stop at launch. The platform is built to keep improving — discoverable to people and AI alike, ready to grow the mission, and operated by an always-on capability so a small team is never the bottleneck. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Speed, first

Live in less than 90 days

Work that once would have taken six to eight months and thousands of hours of meetings was delivered in a fraction of the time — an entirely new digital platform and public face for the mission, with dramatic improvements in speed, performance, design, and content over the previous site.

One source of truth

The data NGS already had, finally put to work

NGS’s Salesforce records — the system of record for every Scholar and donor — now flow directly into the platform. Each Scholar’s story, the parent they honor, the school they attend, reconciled from Salesforce and rendered with care. Information that once sat idle behind the organization now does work in front of it, with human review before anything reaches the public.

Built to be found in the age of AI

Cited, Not Invisible

The platform is optimized for AI-driven discovery — AI Optimization (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — from the ground up: structured data on every page, an llms.txt for AI crawlers, a complete sitemap where the old site had none, and FAQ content woven throughout. Ask an AI engine how to apply to NGS today, and it answers accurately — citing nogreatersacrifice.org as its source.

The Freedom's Future Report, now interactive: the need is now

From buried PDF to living report

The Freedom’s Future Report, brought to life

The Freedom’s Future Impact & Donor Report — the first effort of its kind to quantify the long-term cost of educating the children of the fallen and severely wounded since 9/11 — was trapped in a downloadable PDF. It is now a living experience: interactive charts that make the case visually, a state-by-state map, and an on-site reader. The mission’s most important argument is finally impossible to miss.

A site that finally tells the story

A 70% larger content footprint, built for two audiences

The platform serves two distinct journeys: the families NGS supports, and the donors and corporate partners who make that support possible. The Freedom’s Future Report, once buried as a static PDF, is now a fully interactive experience — impact maps, charts, and an on-site reader — and Scholar stories are told one by one through compelling imagery, paired with the stories of the parents they honor.

A brand built to scale and adapt

Honoring where NGS has been, ready for where it is going

We modernized the NGS brand into a design system built to scale across the website and every creative asset, honoring the core strengths while opening up a broader, warmer palette and a vibrant depiction of the wider No Greater Sacrifice community. Every choice is governed by principles written for this mission — respect over pity, prove don’t claim, real photography only. And because a mission this serious must be open to everyone, the platform is built to WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 standards: accessible by design, and credible in the federal market NGS serves.

Room to grow the mission

New ways to grow support

The platform unlocks new donation strategies designed around a simple truth: once people learn the stories and understand the impact NGS is having on the children of our nation’s warriors, they find it almost impossible not to give.

Every dollar, every minute, every word on our site is measured against one question: does this honor the families we serve? AgencyQ understood that from the very first conversation. What would have taken most organizations the better part of a year, we delivered in weeks. This partnership is a gift to our mission.

Why it matters

A durable capability to grow, adapt, and tell your story

We want to help other mission-driven organizations achieve the same kind of results.

When human expertise leads, the right platform supports it, and applied intelligence carries it into everyday operation, an organization does not just get a better website. It gains a durable capability to grow, adapt, and tell its story for years to come.
